But most of the times, it's just an offer/angle problem.
Start with the offer, then fix the rest.
Having a good offer sometimes just comes down to using a unique angle.

I've spent +20h comparing outputs between Claude & Chatgpt.

You never know what it can lead to.
An email, a phone call, a DM, etc.
All of these could open doors to success and wealth.
Trigger-based campaigns usually perform best (assuming offer is good)
Here's a few triggers you can use within Clay:
- Negative/Positive Google reviews
- Presence/absence of Google & Meta ads
- Hiring for specific positions
- Funding rounds
- Followers / social media likes…
If your response rate is below 1%, you have a deliverability issue.
Here's how to avoid deliverability problems:
- Conduct regular inbox placement tests
- Check if inboxes/domains are blacklisted
- Check your copy for spam words
- Change provider
- Warm up for minimum 14 days…

- More emails, DMs & cold calls.
- Daily education about mindset & cold email.

While it's not a big change, you can use this as an opportunity to get ahead of others.
But what will determine if you stay there is consistent improvement throughout the year (aka daily effort).
When I started cold calling, I'd wake up every day at 4 AM to make 200 dials to APAC.
It was rough, but in hindsight it was so worth it.
Learned so much from it.
People underestimate the power of cold email.
And no, it's not just blasting offers.
You can use cold email for a lot of stuff like:
- Finding a new job (email the founder/ceo)
- Raise capital for your startup (email investors)
And so on.
Possibilities are endless.
The most underrated "work" in business is improving your mindset.
Your beliefs, values and attitudes have been shaped over years (and sometimes decades).
And they will always determine your success (or lack thereof).
Use these holidays to spend some quality time with your family, but don't forget to do some work.

- mindset
- learning new stuff
- organising my folders
- building new offers
