I hate it when people tell me it is cold out. Like I know. I ran outside for an hour.
During winter running work as hard as you did during summer running to have as good of a track season as your cross country season
Running through snow feels like running through slippery sand
First run back after the off week is never a good time #dead
How does the mile split national ranker keep up so well with all these runner's races #realtalk
This offseason feels longer than the season, and its only been a week..
The worst feeling is not racing well at state after training for months
Loving the NYC Marathon thing on snap chat #runners
Running the course a few days before the meet and seeing other teams doing the same #xcprobs
No better feeling than crushing a workout (except for crushing a PR)
When the time to race has come, the time to prepare is done
Shout out to everyone who survived a meet in freezing weather this weekend #dedication
XC season is about half way over. Don't waste a race bc it "isn't that important", by the end you'll be wishing you used each opportunity!
