Does anyone else struggle specifically with non caffeinated/non alcoholic beverages because you feel like the calories aren’t serving a purpose?? Like I’ll drink a 200cal coffee but not a 200cal chai. Weird. Working on it tho

Nobody talks about how easy it is after/during an ED to blame everything on it. Cold? Tired? Low heart rate? Can’t focus? Bad workout? Thinking about food? Need to eat more.

Ok like. Ok. I respect the grind. But it feels better to wash my hair with warm water, and light chocolate tastes better than dark. And I want to wear my Uggs to school, and sometimes jeans are just not that comfortable. Why is enjoying life and comfort so demonized
