I wish someone would tell me the truth about my body, instead of all the lies they tell me to try and make me feel better..
Also I haven't eaten in 6 days. And I have to work in half an hour, I'm soo tired..
I want to go a week without any mirrors, to see if I'm actually losing weight or not
All I want is to look in the mirror and notice that I'm losing weight, the more and more I look in the mirror, that fatter I seem.
My boyfriend tells me to eat, I CANT just eat. It's not that simple.
I wish I could go a cheat day without feeling terrible, without wanting to throw up till stomach acid starts up, I wish I wasn't fat

Fasting isn't that hard, you just have to have the right mind set
My 7 day fast starts tomorrow and I WILL succeed. No doubt about it
And knowing how terrible I'll feel afterwards 😠 🙈
Sometimes I just go crazy thinking whether I should binge or not...ughh. I want to eat so bad, but I really don't want to purge after..

It's called self discipline. If you want to be skinny, CONTROL your cravings. Food is not worth a gross body. Think about it
