I know I know. Don't weigh in every day blah blah blah. But I'm keeping myself on track this way whatever
Apparently I lost 1.6 pounds since I weighed myself last night.
I wonder if I can lose 10 pounds in three weeks. I bet I can.
I just know I prob will be lazy and want to munch at some point just I just cannot right now. I cannot.
I did some squats and legs kicks and push ups and other things while watching TV instead of eating so there's that
I think my new ritual for when I have the munchies is gonna be to throw on some music and do something.
I love being stoned I rly do. I need to keep up with not giving into the munchies.
Honestly though I could've done so much worse with all those snacks. I'm glad my friends were around so I could offer the rest to them
I wish I would've fasted but that's okay I'm doing good again I think
I think I did pretty good today. I only ate some snacks but I went rock climbing a little today haha.
