this is such an ignorant take, i'm so tired of this narrative that recovery = BED. you: • don't understand what qualifies as a binge • don't understand reactive eating or extreme hunger • don't understand why honouring your cravings and appetite is important in €d recovery

Overweight is now just “midsize”. Clothing sizes keep getting larger and larger. Obesity is being normalized. All of our food is becoming fat filled fried greasy dough. I fucking hate it here.

the entire world demonises eating disorders just because they THINK we reinforce beauty standards. this is firstly wrong because so many eds arent about physical appearance, and even if it were abt wanting to be skinny, why are you attacking victims and not the actual problem?
