Things I’m going to start doing: 1. Sticking to a schedule/routine 2. Making goals for every day 3. Exercising regularly 4. Eating healthy (when I do eat) 5. Stop napping, just go to bed early

166.2 I don’t even want to know what I was at two weeks ago when I hadn’t restricted for a week and a half. I’ll be able to weigh again Friday. If I’m not in the 150’s I don’t know what I’ll do.
