To this day I am still hoping out for a game like Freelancer. That was such a great game. Underspace gets very close, but the quests are a hot mess. Who wants to fly around blind looking for the objective?

I don't dislike GitHub Copilot. It works reasonably well.... when it works correctly. The quality of the IDE plugins, however, is sort of abysmal. And the fact that they completely messed handling instructions just lowers the quality in a huge manner.

So excited to know people have been asking for an API to get a DIFF from a PR in Azure DevOps for only 5 years. But given MS now seems to be giving up on repos on DevOps, probably will never come. Sigh.

I admit I find Microsoft's concept of "Why pay for one tool when you could pay licenses to use two different ones in your enterprise" baffling when it comes to Azure DevOps and GitHub. Forcing customers to migrate repos seems like the dumbest idea ever. devblogs.microsoft.com/devops/azure-d…

Wishing there was an option in the Azure DevOps API to get a raw diff for a PR (or two references at least). Would be so useful. But zero chance of that ever happening. Sigh.

Few things are as fun as trying to guess which VM series is not out of capacity on Azure for a quota increase. Wish at least the portal would give you a hint as to what VM families you can get cores for.

Azure is great, but sometimes it moves slow as heck. Or rather, I guess MS just doesn't want to support some features. 2+ years waiting for Premium SSDs V2 to be usable as OS disks, but at this point, I don't think it will happen ever.
