The proliferation of data (in the world, on the web, in our organizations, even on our personal devices) means "search" as a tool or function almost never returns certainty or clarity anymore. In fact, for me at least, it usually returns more hard work, confusion and frustration.

Web meeting tip: Do your best to open any artifacts (documents, powerpoints, etc.) that you plan to share during your meeting BEFORE you launch or join the web meeting - especially if they are stored in the cloud.

Be very careful who you promote or put in charge of major initiatives - the higher up someone is in your organization, the more positive OR NEGATIVE impact they can have.
