Trying to take pictures of the partial eclipse but my iPhone is using correcting to create a whole sun - thanks AI- whereas wife’s older iPhone is taking what it sees. It even does this through pinhole camera!

Working my way through boxes of old audio cassettes mix tapes, throwing them away. Astonished at the memories they’re evoking: holidays and old friends who lent me albums, introduced me to artists. Where else but Singapore and Malaysia would I have got some clearly-pirated tapes?

Poorer households face phone, broadband and TV price increases of 10% to 20% in April thanks to last year’s knee-jerk @Ofcom ruling that inflation-linked increases were too confusing. Flat rate rises favour those on expensive contracts and those on basic cheap contracts.

Mrs H bought a @ToyotaUK Yaris Cross hybrid in November 2023. We returned from 2 weeks holiday and starting battery dead. AA started but it died again. Dealer implied it’s our fault for taking holiday and not driving it. It will be 2 weeks before it is fixed! No car, not happy!

Wife, as executor of will, is trying to deal with @HMRCgovuk over deceased aunt’s income tax. HMRC is asking to speak to her aunt! They are clearly working from home, can’t even hear her properly and won’t put her through someone who understands the situation
