I took a day trip to #area51 with @ViatorTravel from Las Vegas and it was awesome. Our tour guide was knowledgeable and very accommodating. Standing there at the sign...seeing the white suv that I had seen on tv so many times...surreal. A must do!!

At Seven Magic Mountains as suggested by @markjellwood . A really awesome experience. The lighting was not good so the picture does not do it justice. You should all visit in person!

So I am going to Las Vegas in a couple of weeks. Taking an early flight there. @markjellwood converted me. Chose a slightly longer layover at DFW so I could check out the Centurion lounge there. Renting a car to see 7 Magic Mountains. Area 51 tour booked. Don’t judge me.

I have a 5 year old daughter. I know that the most important thing I will do in my lifetime will be to raise her. My New Years Resolution is simple. I want to make sure that in everything I do she will always be proud to call me “daddy”. If so, it will be a life well spent.

So I went to the movies tonight and this is what we got to look at while hearing previews. Way to go @RegalMovies . And that was after waiting for 20 minutes at concessions. There was only 6 people in front of us. What has happened to the experience of going to the movies?

I am traveling to Vegas for business in mid January. I am looking to make the most of the trip. What are the best day trips I could take. Cultural, photography, adventure, or just plain fun. Who has some suggestions. Hoping @markjellwood or the peps @CNTraveler can help.
