Yesterday, I had a "virtual" guest speaker for my Computer Science classes. Robert Hudek is a Javascript developer and created the Chrome extension for Google Meets Breakout Rooms. He was awesome !
Yesterday was the first day of summer cyber camp. We have 23 amazing students !
No school for 6 weeks. I wrote my students and encouraged them to keep a diary. Clip articles, take pictures, record videos. It’s going to be a transformative aspect for their lives. In the future they can look back and answer questions of their grandchildren. @EverettMASchool

I was just informed that 3 of my Olympian High school computer science students (Milan, Andrea, and Makenna) were selected as 2020 National Certificate of Distinction recipient of the NCWIT award for Aspirations in Computing ! Congrats to them !
