I’ve had a rotten start to 2025, faced with 2 potential, separate Cancer diagnosis. Thankfully, they were both benign but I am still suffering & on medication to get better. The beautiful soul @Dartschick has been amazing throughout & this week Mel sent me this 💝 #friends

So after 3 weeks of using the Red Theraband Flexbar, I am delighted to be moving up to the Green as the Red is now too easy (I could hardly use it when I started) Let’s see how I go with this one. Life lesson: DO NOT get #golferselbow - it’s the devil itself. Love to all 🥰

I’ve read A LOT of good reviews about this Theraband Flexbar so I took the plunge and purchased one. Fingers crossed it helps 🤞 This #golferselbow malarkey is no fun. No darts all year 😭

EIGHT WEEKS into rehabbing my #golferselbow and I *think* I’m starting to notice a difference in how it feels. I won’t hold my breath as some days it’s still really painful. I won’t lie, there have been a lot of tears 😭 Hope you lovely lot are all OK. Loads of love 💞 #Darts

Day 1,000 (feels like 🤣) of not throwing a dart. It’s been very difficult 😩 Elbow getting better but progress is slow. Doing exercises everyday to get it back to full strength. Acting hat back on this week as I’m in a Cinderella Panto 🎭 (Oh yes I am!) Much love to all 💞

Today is #WorldCancerDay Thanks to the wonderful NHS, I am coming up to my 9 years all clear. With over 200 different types, nobody is immune. Check yourself for any changes and always trust your gut. Love to all going through it & to all the souls we have lost 💔

Not being at the Oche right now means I have time to sort out the darts area. The carpet had worn away from standing at the oche so we gave it a quick fix. 2mm thick piece of aluminium has done the trick for now 👍 Can’t wait to get back playing again 🤞 #darts #Lovethedarts

Been almost 3 weeks of PT to rehab my elbow. Progress is good but slow. Things I can now do: Brush hair, do up bra, straighten my arm 👍 Things I still can’t do: Play darts 😭 Not played this year. Next Physio is tomorrow. I can do this 💪 Love to all 🥰 #Darts

Had my 1st Physiotherapy session today! Golfers Elbow confirmed. I’ve been massaged, lasered, treated with EMS therapy and K Taped into an inch of my life. He thinks with exercise and therapy I should be back at the Oche in a few weeks 🤞I hope everyone has a lush Weekend 😘
