12/7; 3R, $VUL cap. raise short. Strong lead-ins all around and was easy to get overwhelmed, kept it tight and went for what made the most sense to me. $OBM & $CHN in at match but got the fuck out as soon as they didn't go my way immediately. No holding & hoping anymore!

10/7; -0.5R, nothing A+ jumping out at me, thought the non-sens $PPS could have have a bit of juice to it but no dice, kept it tight and sized down. Was worth the shot given the volume that came into the match before the open.

9/7; 2.5R, had planned a S on LIC but pivoted when we got the 40% gap-down, executed well but played on smaller size as BTFD not my forte. Good experience to build on though!

8/7; 3R, moving forward I am going to be posting in terms of R as it makes it easier to detach from the $$ value. $BOT was the banger of the day but I fucked up covering too early by accident as I set my stop, really poor effort there. $CHC quick downside scalp off of rate hold.

2/7; $940, nice drive in $DMP, covered it too early but I followed my rules and stuck to my system. Perhaps could have thought about leaving a core on for continuation but it was difficult seeing as how it had moved >4x ATR w/in 15 mins. Onto tomorrow!

1/7; $193, played the cap. raise short on $AR9 but sentiment still quite bullish on it, weakness was bought up throughout the session so decided to exit EoD. $HMC was the banger of the day but the cat. didn't make a lot of sense to me. Good one for review!

26/7; $0, failed to do a bit of deeper digging in NEU which turned out to be the A+ banger of the day. Got a fill in XRO cap. raise, added into 181.60, running that to either BE or a break back into 190s.

25/6; $860, clean move in DRO; got too itchy on the trigger within the first 5 minutes and cut too quick. Rules say hold at minimum for the initial 10 minutes, unfortunate but glad to get a run on the board after such a quite week and a bit.

24/6' -$170, played QAN off the oil reversal looking for a lift back into pre-June 13 highs but no dice in the end. Avoided CKF due to the >15% gap and had to watch as it ripped 3.5x ATR within 15 minutes, frustrating but I respected my rules.
