The most beautiful part about Yoga is that a beginner gets more benefits out of it than a daily practitioner or Sadhak, unlike in other physical cultures. That’s honestly really why, people don’t quit Yoga.

And another check, why Yoga as an intervention in our faced-paced lifestyle is absolutely necessary. More so now, with COVID, chronic metabolic disorders, stressful personal and work environment. Just an hour a day of Yoga can regulate your HRV (heart rate variability). 🙏

Our core/abdominal area is where most of our organs are, in Yogic sciences it is taught in the form of Asanas & Pranayama on how to keep the abdomen soft, on how to make sure there is enough blood circulation, how to strengthen it without hardening it.

No matter how much air you pump into a punctured tyre, it’s going to be of no use. Similarly, no matter how many deep inhalations/exhalations you take, it’s of no use to blocked airways, cramped thoracic region, collapsed diaphragm. Make sure you first repair the punctures.

In middle of all of this gloom, one my clients called today confirming her pregnancy. She’s been trying for the last 3-4yrs, had a very low egg count, other complications, but within 6weeks in our Nutrition program and Yoga, she’s now going to have a baby. There’s God. 🙏

Take the number “1”, all our lives we strive hard to add multiple “0”s beside that 1. 0 being wealth, fame, relationships & so on. You can reach 10000000000.... You can still go for more, but only if that 1 is still in place. That is your health. If 1 leaves everything else is 0
