In addition to my previous post, I want to make clear that testing my performance was not with crazy physio exercises or workouts. It was just easy "living". So it's the duration. Controlled workouts/physio/cardio (if possible) works for me. #mecfs #LongCovid

This is an interesting paper which looks well made They followed young mostly healthy HCW whose last dose of c19 vax was >1yr before What they found is that staff with more doses had more days off sick and covid like events vs unvaxed nature.com/articles/s4385…

Es ist nicht glutenfrei, wenngleich ich dadurch instinktiver wieder esse und Darm wichtig ist. Es sind nicht NEM's wenngleich die sehr wichtig sein können. Es ist das Immunsystem, das sich bei geringer Infektionslast erholt. Und hallo Milz als Indikator 😉 #LongCOVID #mecfs

Und eines muss man bei den von Prof. Gerlit angesprochenen wichtigen Themen der ganzheitlichen Betreuung und Suizidprävention schon sagen. Die Verzweiflung kommt, wenn man beim Arztbesuch hört, dass eh alles unauffällig ist und man nachher in der PEM zerfällt. 1/4

Pacing + get oder wie das heißt 🤨 Naja, vieles mache ich wohl ganz gut, aber steuerbar ist das nicht wirklich. Jedes mal wennst glaubst "aber jetzt" kommt der 🖕 vom Körper 🤷‍♂️

PEM in Bildern Teil 2 - Woche A Ende der Woche deutlich unruhigeres BZ geschehen. In der Woche paar mal etwas PEMmig aber Regeneration ok. Jedenfalls Leistung gegen Ende fluktuierender und eher degradierent, aber aufrecht erhaltbar. #LongCOVID #mecfs
