I have been puzzled why we pay VAT on our Energy as it is very much an essential. I discovered recently it has something to do with EU rules. My confusion now is why VAT has not been removed such that government can claim it as its 1st tangible Brexit benefit.

I had a large "Royal Mail signed for" letter put through my letter box this morning, What's my problem? 1) It was not signed for. 2) Wrong road. 3) The service someone paid for was not delivered. 4) I will likely be completing Royal Mail's job for them.

Hi Amazon, All my deliveries get left on my front doorstep for everyone to see. These stay there for hours because there has been no knock at the door. When I check my emails it says hand delivered to customer. Can you tell me if my package goes walkies how do I get my money back
