Shocking customer service from @British_Airways , spent over an hour on the phone, BA refused to accommodate a change in flight following a BA problem. Was then lied to on the phone by the customer relations team. Seems like they are going downhill as the media suggests..

I’ve created in account in the updated @Cardiffbus app with the same email as the “iff” app, but it says I have no active tickets, despite having 4 left to use in the “iff” app. Help please
