Maybe it’s just me but I’d love to live in a country where shooting off guns isn’t a pastime.

@CatsForCongress @Juliethewarrior It’s not just you. Since moving north of the border the only firearms I have seen have been on the hip of officers and I’ve never felt safer. There is still a firearm problem in Canada but nothing like the hell in the States right now.

@tualgorithm @Juliethewarrior Other countries in the industrialized nations do not have these issues. It’s pathetic. It’s not freedom if you never feel safe.

@tualgorithm @CatsForCongress @Juliethewarrior I love living in Canada for the same reason. But I’ve known people who enjoy target shooting. I’m totally sure I’ll never even try it, but I sort of understand.
