March 23, 2024 31:42 FTW at the Azalea Trail Run. My first lifetime sub-32 minute 10k. Crazy to think that nearly 18 years earlier on March 24, 2006, I ran my previous lifetime best of 32:06.84 as a @DelawareTFXC junior at the Raleigh Relays. Age is merely a construct.
