The longer I work in the tech industry, the more I realize that the average programmer, sucks at programming. Most people seem to be hired because having a bad programmer is better than having no programmer.

I'm not the type of developer that just codes stuff I'm told without thinking. I'm usually the first to say "this makes no sense", "it won't work like this", "this UX is horrible". And 90% of the time project managers just ignore my input. But guess what? I'm usually right.
