the @usehaven team is brilliant. they have 1:1 Slack channels open with every single customer (4min avg response time). and if the team doesn't reply to a customer Slack message in 5 mins, it repeatedly pings them until they do. this is modern customer support.

@theo I think quickbooks might to be too established to get displayed. I bet an agent layer on top becomes what most people use and QuickBooks goes down a layer in the stack. Right now that agent is a accountant but will move to AI. We use @usehaven and are happy with the experience.
