Is there real support here, or do we have to constantly deal with a selfhelp knowledge base or a chat bot that literally serves no purpose? Why do you offer paid support even at the highest tier & ignore the users on this site. No response in 3 years for same issue. 😠 @Support

Those #louisiana @FedEx & @UPS drivers move strange when they know what kind of packages you have. No one circles the block every other hour, & stops at the address 3 times & doesn't deliver until I report them.

So a @CapitalOne #supervisor was very disrespectful today. Appeared racist as well. So now I'm giving #discover checking a shot, customer service isn't out sourced or foreign. Better credit cards higher interest yields on savings. 👌🏾👏🏾
