@bcoskun_xyz I think resetting your stimulation baseline is important. I don't think quitting social media forever is necessary (I'm here!), but I think using hyperstimuli to "pass time" is exactly what kills creativity/curiosity/interest in things that aren't dopamine-on-tap.
