Day 3 of week 5. Definitely need to figure out my sleep schedule. Going to bed at 1130 and waking up at 630am. Feeling great. However, last night I laid down at midnight. Woke up at 630 and felt Super lethargic. Still got after it though. Back&Biceps #gym

4 weeks to slowly get back into gym routine. Was Tired and sore but I’m feeling good now! Day 2 of Week 5. I started at 175, now 170. Keeping my calories inbetween 1500-1700 with 170g of daily protein. Feeling great and energy levels are better. @theoliveranwar @josiahfitness
