I've been learning to code for 3 years. It's been a tough journey and although I feel like I'm not as fast as others. I definitely have learned a lot. I'm hoping to start freelancing soon. Got a tough first client and haven't had any luck since. Point. Keep trying and be patient!

@varCodeSmitty I started freelancing by creating projects for people for free. Then doing projects on @Upwork where I would get paid $20 to do 16 hours worth of work. Doing only a few of such projects allowed me to get good reviews, and land my first full-time contracting job paying $35/hr.
