Hey everyone, I need some advice! I’m working with my first client at my dev agency—an artist specializing in photo editing. He wants to build a web app where customers can upload a picture and preview it before deciding to buy. We’re building the MVP, but here’s his dilemma: Option A: Launch the MVP with his 2-3 hero products right away. Option B: Start with side products first to avoid risking his reputation if things don’t work perfectly. What do you think we should do? I’d love your input!
@vbaohan Trust your instinct and build the best web app possible. Do a thorough testing like testing every features possible.
@vbaohan Prioritise products his clients want
@vbaohan Maybe I am understanding this wrong, but options a and b does not appear to be mutually exclusive? Both options include risk. What is the goal? Deliver a clear solution and deliver it boldly and well (option A) or play it low and deliver (option B) ?
@vbaohan Let’s remember execution is the hardest & most important thing to be done. There’s nothing like playing safe when building. “Hernan Cortez upon landing in Mexico burned his ships and moved inland. There was only one successful way >> forward. No going back”
