@vevortools I have been emailing back-and-forth with your company for over a week now. I am missing two minor but integral parts to my dock ladder. Should be a very simple fix. Very disappointed.

@vevortools company is a joke. Don’t buy anything Bought a grinder didn’t work. Had to buy another one to process the meat we had waiting.they knowledge the issue and all they want to do is send a part, pay me $100 for a repair place, or only give me $180 of my money back. I never used it.

@vevortools I agree that the customer service is bad, because a lot of the responses are automated from templates not personal. And they try to low-ball you on honoring the warranty. But after hard nosed perseverance, I was able to get my refund. It came from an Asian company, not Vevor

@vevortools BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY New customer. made order, needed a correction contacted chat chat ditched me tried chat again woudlnt work called 1800 number no one there emailed support delivery failed. WTF And I paid them over 200 bucks!!!1
