बड़े दुख की बात है कि दिल्ली सरकार, दिल्ली नगर निगम तथा दिल्ली जल बोर्ड में एक भी इंजीनियर ऐसा नहीं है जो रोहिणी, सेक्टर-21, पाकेट-6 मकान नं 131-132 के पीछे सर्विस लेन में बने हुए सीवर से बह रहे गंदे पानी को बंद कर सके । बहुत शर्म की बात है कि सरकार में ऐसे कर्मचारी व नेता हैं ।
