The consequences of founding a church but not shaping them around the Apostles’ teaching are: DRIFT: either doctrinally or morally. RIFT: division, worldliness,& confusion ADRIFT: fall prey to false teaching or cultural compromise. SHIFT: the gospel witness weakened.
