6 days past the promised installation date, still connection not functional. Seems @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence do not care about existing customers and are encouraging to shift to better alternatives. Really disappointed and somehow trying to manage work!

Pathetic service from @ZoomCarIndia . For a booking made 2 weeks in advance they don’t have a car and are not able to even make one available since 1.5hrs after trip start. Really bad experience #zoomcar , ruining my vacation ☹️
