@HelpdeskMCA21V3 @MCA21India FO_202409231934751After Putting all details in FC 2 when click on submit V3 site stop responding. This error facing since last 15days. earlier 2 complaint closed without any solution. 24/9/24(Tomorrow)is LAST day for resubmission plz resolve error.

Dear @MCA21India you mentioned that V2 site won't function till 02-Otober-2023 till 11 PM. Its 03-October-2023 time is 9:45 AM. V2 still dysfunctional. I am telling other professionals that MCA will ruin annual filing like this. Won't allow filing. They'll charge Addl fees. SCAM.

MCA21 V2 portal is now not working even after taking an official break of 2 day (or 3 days) i.e. since Sep. 30 noon. How can Cos. comply with deadlines if such Govt. portals don't work for such long time. Post annual filing, there are some imp. regulatory filing to be completed.…

Imagine a situation where in future we will be issued notice to pay penalties for delay in filing of these forms when the site is not working. Why can't we have additional fees and penalties completely relaxed when the site is not working at all? #CSTwitter
