Best way to give a tax break is to suspend social secuity taxes for a year. This was done by Obama when he was the president. So democrats cant object. But should suspend both sides. That way the individuals and companies will benefit. When inflation comes down we can restart.

Would you know? It is Obama era policies which added a geographic test for Air traffic controllers. This failed a lot of otherwise well qualified people because they lived in certain ZIP codes and played certain sports, otherwise an early version of DEI testing.
