We used #ColabFold to predict structures for Spongilla, #FoldSeek to find similar structures, and @eggnogdb to transfer annotations. We call this pipeline CoFFE (COlabFold, Foldseek, Eggnog). W/ a strict bit score cutoff CoFFE still annotates 60% of the proteome, a 50% increase!
