Have good memories of Badego as an attendee, photographer and speaker / yoyoer. Sad to see it go but awesome to see all the stuff the @designfestbrum / @glugbirmingham team are doing in its place.

Gutted about the Channel 4 news, but not a result I’m surprised by. The country doesn’t view Birmingham as a creative hub at the moment due to historical lacklustre approach to the creative industry.

Tomorrow marks the return of @wearebadego after a bit of a break. If you’re a designer, photographer, artist, illustrator, maker, architect etc. in and around Brum come and join the crowd. It’s super informal, and a good way too meet other folks working in similar roles locally.
