Finally broke down and got a pair of those fancy, Bluetooth ear buds. Took about a month to get used to. Yesterday I learned I was wearing them upside down. That is all. #emptynesterproblems

Since moving to the country I have, out of instinct, killed two snakes. After researching the snakes I killed, a racer and today a black rat snake, I wish I hadn’t. I really need to stop killing snakes. They seem like good dudes deep down.
