1/ Brutally real self reviews Review your progress in 2022. Celebrate your wins, learn from your failures. Fail more, but fail better. Review your progress for the month, the week, the day. At the end of each one sit and really think ways to improve the next one.
2/ Deep work, deeper recovery Less than 5% of your day is spent in a flow state. Spend 3-4 hours working deeply and voilà you're in the top 1% On the flipside, only 16% of creative solutions emerge in a state of tight focus. So when you're done with work, really disconnect.
3/ Raise the floor Your floor represents the lowest point you could stoop to during your normal course of the day. Sure, reach for the roof in productivity, sleep, communication etc everyday - some days will be better than others. But make sure you raise that fucking floor.
