As a solopreneur, it's essential to control your approach to work. I measured my breaks every 45 minutes, adding a bit of movement. Those breaks gave me an extra 1.5 hours of deep work a day. Check the numbers: + 8 hours per week + ~500h a year + ~2500 per 5 years of work
