A massive shoutout to Rachel D'Cruze who is stepping down as MD of @SydArts_ after four years. Some of our fondest memories are of bringing Heroes to Sydenham in 2018. Our experience would not have been as magical as it was without her We can't wait to see what you do next!

#WorldMentalHealthDay2019 Your mental health comes first always. Keep an eye on each other out there, check in with those around you and know that you don't need to hit rock bottom to get a bit of help. Look after those precious brains and remember that nothing is forever!

Congratulations to @whale_exploding on an engaging and simple (in the best way) production of Romeo and Juliet! If I’m being honest I wasn’t really in the mood for it tonight, but you held my attention throughout and I saw the play in a very different light afterwards! Congrats!
