My best analogy of how you grow is like this. You go to the gym for 1 month you see no change. After 3-4-5-6 months still no change. After 1-2-3-4 years you start to see small changes. Consistency is key. Growing in your craft doesn't happen over night.
The only designs that need any type of pixel perfection is logo and print since it can't be changed. If you're perfecting UI, before it's being tested, then you're wasting time. UI can always be changed. Get it out first. Better to focus on UX, messaging, and content.
