@simonbchen Yes - Shield is good enough to surpass the CMS reimbursement threshold, which is 74% sensitivity at 90% specificity. It will take time to get FDA approval and a USPSTF guideline inclusion, but it is unequivocally good for the field. A CMS failure would've been awful.

@simonbchen Stool will probably always perform better than blood for CRC, but not everyone likes that modality. Blood has workflow and adherence advantages, despite worse performance. Having more options will help get people in the door. Both should co-exist IMO.

Do not let jargon discourage you. Here is what high gamma (very positive gamma) and RVOL means. Positive gamma prompts a volatility compressing dynamic. Prices drift higher and implied volatility sinks lower. We end up with pinning generally. But what about RVOL?

Still amazes me my dumb ass used to have 1m buying power for 0dte $SPX trades, quick path to 0. Why I only allow myself 15k buying power now. Make more with less. Give me 15k I'll get to 100k+ within weeks. Give me 1m be at 15k in weeks...or one day #Options $SPY #ES_F $QQQ $VIX

I contacted @Chewy last week to see if I could return an unopened bag of my dog’s food after he died. They 1) gave me a full refund, 2) told me to donate the food to the shelter, and 3) had flowers delivered today with the gift note signed by the person I talked to?? 😭🥹
