I never gave any thought to helplines before I was abandoned. If anything, I assumed they'd be like having a friend you could vent to with no strings. But now that I have no one, I have learned that helplines are nothing like having a friend. Nothing compares to that.

I never thought I watched much TV, but now that I don't have one, I miss it desperately. I've lost my home, my family and my pets and I just kinda want to lose myself in binging a show. Just to forget for a few minutes. But no. Sorry, I'm really struggling today.

But I have social workers, case workers and solicitors all working to help me reestablish myself in the world as a single person. It's something that I really can't even think about. So how do I cope? I watch Drag Race videos on YT, since I don't have a TV. Surviving.(2/2)
I'm sorry that I don't post more often. I've only recently escaped from a terrible situation with only a backpack and a duffel, no money and no way to make any. So now I'm completely alone in the world and terrified. Seizing daily, since epilepsy doesn't react well to stress.(1/2
Settled into my new room, and SO excited about having breakfast every morning! And I met with a new case worker on Friday who took me on a brief walking tour around the immediate area. I still haven't built up my strength from being trapped inside for 15+ years, but I'm trying!
Looking forward to #RupaulsDragRace #AllStars10 !! Now, to get my hands on a television...
