HB 2401 passed through the House Appropriations Committee Monday evening. From here, HB2401 will be moving to the House Floor for a full vote. We thank Rep @almaforarizona for clarifying that feminine hygiene products, diapers, and incontinence supplies are essentials.

HB2401 is to be heard this morning! This bill, sponsored by @almaforarizona, aims to eliminate state & local sales tax from items most commonly used for menstrual cycles (feminine hygiene products) & incontinence supplies (diapers). Support this bill via the RTS system.

WFSA celebrates the passing of the #MarriageEqualityAct! The Act represents the progress we are making as a nation to be more inclusive of LGBTQ+ individuals & families. Although there is still much work to be done, the Act is a step in the right direction.
