According to the former Chief Economist of RealPage(!), today's fed rate cut isn't enough for housing development to resume in earnest. That won't happen "until rent growth returns." The rent needs to go up, folks!

Alabama is farming out incarcerated people to work at hundreds of companies, including McDonald’s & Wendy’s. They're denied parole to provide cheap labor, the state takes 40%, and they often get just $2/hr after all the deductions. This is modern day slavery.
