Latest is #DPD says sender didn't fill out the address correctly.“they have updated incomplete details, you can contact your sender to check what they have updated details at their DPD dashboard”Sender sent me a pic of the label, perfect address! Another lie from @DPDgroup_news

What an absolute shambles @dpdireland and @DPDgroup_news are. They can't organise a delivery between either of them. Their driver drove past my address, seen on CCTV with no attempt to deliver, and now it's my fault and I have to go and collect it. #Useless #customerservice

Giving it the big one, but their drivers don't even bother stopping to attemtp delivery, just take it to a shop where I hve to go and get it. Surely the sender haas paid for a delivery to the end location, not a shop drop off!

Shocked to find £800 of damage to my property. Having chased DPD twice after sending them ‘cctv proof’ just radio silence. Thank goodness I had cctv otherwise I would not have a leg to stand on in asking for reimbursement #dpd

A company shows its strength and its respect for its customer when something goes wrong and they then sort it out @dpd_uk @DPDgroup_news shows how bad they are when they fail to even attempt my #DPD delivery. The driver drove straight past and we have it on CCTV too

The grave of Pilot Officer Martyn King at Fawley. King was flying a Hurricane in a dogfight over Southampton in August 1940 when he was hit. He baled out but his parachute was damaged. He died landing on Clifton Road. King was just eighteen years old. #RememberedHere @CWGC
