ನನ್ನ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆ, ನೀವು ಕೃಷಿ cess ಹಾಕಿದ್ದೀರಿ, ಅದರಿಂದ ನಿಮಗೆ ಒಂದು ಮೊತ್ತದ ಹಣ ಸಂಗ್ರಹ ಆಗುತ್ತದೆ ಎಂದು ಅಂದಾಜು ಇದೆ ಅಲ್ಲವೇ??ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಆ ಒಂದು ಮೊತ್ತದಿಂದ ರೈತರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸುವ ಹೊಸ ಯಾವ ಯೋಜನೆ ಕುರಿತು ಹೇಳಿಲ್ಲ ..ಹಾಗಾದರೆ ಕೃಷಿ cess ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಏಕೆ ದರೋಡೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದೀರಿ.@BJP4India @BJP4Karnataka
