There is no way passengers landing at T2, Mumbai can access Metro! One has to come out of the airport and walk 10 min through a narrow path in midst of traffic (with luggage) to find it hidden behind under-construction area. Metro itself is breeze though. Hope authorities…

Cut down on sugar in all forms. Fruits, especially sweet ones, can be limited to 1 a day or <. Avoid fruit juices (natural &processed) -can raise glycemic index. If you have to consume fruit have it whole not juiced. Lime juice is fine with salt/ pepper rather than sugar. (1)

#MPSLtd is my largest holding ~16% of the portfolio. The business generates tonnes of cash, but the growth has been muted. I'm not complaining on the dividend distribution though. Dividend yield on my cost basis is ~10% :)
