@nsitharamanoffc @Anurag_Office Amendment in Section 16 of CGST act by not allowing Input Tax Credit even to bonafide recipient shall create a lots of panic for Tax Payers at ground level. Humble suggestion to consider this amendment again as per the eyes of Natural Justice.

#GSTR9 Most of the tax payers migrated from VAT of different states. In most of all d states, Annual returns were self assessment return, simple in format!!! Why this odd & complex format format for Good & Simple Tax??? Simplify #GSTR9 scrap #GSTR9C for first year.@nsitharaman
