infra.new is an AI Copilot for AWS & GCP. Configure your project from scratch, or import from GitHub to optimize existing configuration. The agent has tools to calculate cloud costs, reference docs, and fix errors automatically. ycombinator.com/launches/MkT-i…
@ycombinator initially impressive - reads current docs and cranks out complete IaC, Actions pipelines, and more. Pivoted from ECS to EKS to Fargate all within the chat.
@ycombinator Finally! An expert Copilot for Terraform 🙌
@ycombinator YES PLEASE ANYTHING so I don’t have to ever look at or use their shitty dashboards.
@ycombinator We can help teams self host infra.new with private models / RAG if needed - send me a message if this sound helpful!
@ycombinator Also anyone learning K8s, IaC, AWS just got a superpower
@ycombinator Hope I had this AI for terraform when I did all AWS setup
@ycombinator Ok now we’re talking - this is impressive and immediately useful. Love the built in cost estimation / optimization.
@ycombinator And here I was asking @ashtom yesterday for this exact thing, just for Azure 😭
@ycombinator @ycombinator, needs some UX work, but another great investment
@ycombinator this is cool. I hope in the future they will develop some other solutions beside AWS...
@ycombinator apps.new is an AI copilot for mobile apps. Try it out!
@ycombinator Good Lord. Everything is ai now. The formula it seems is to know how to make api call to chatgpt and say something as stupid and unintuitive as possible. There; now you have a startup.
@ycombinator AI Copilot for AWS & GCP is a game-changer. Automating cloud configurations? Yes, please. It's like having a tech-savvy friend who never sleeps. The future of cloud management is here, and it’s powered by AI. Let’s embrace the innovation.
@ycombinator Seems like this tool needs more context to be great. If all it does is know that t2.micro costs less than t2.small and “optimizes costs” with that, that is not smart. Perchance the ec2 instance size was provisioned for a reason? But, great idea! Keep working on it!
@ycombinator Tools like this are going to the future for allowing small startups like @founta_ai to speed run development
@ycombinator As a junior DevOps engineer, this seems like a great way to learn IaC best practices. Does it include tutorials or guided setups, or is it more for experienced users
@ycombinator does this work if I have everything configured without Terraform? I did it manually in the AWS console months ago @LaunchFlowCloud
@ycombinator For someone like me not interested in devops, this is game changer
@ycombinator Sounds cool! But can your AI Copilot help me convince my cat to stop sitting on my keyboard? Asking for a friend... Meanwhile, I’ll be at PublicAI training my own AI!
@ycombinator Sounds like a cloud superhero! 🦸♂️ But what if we could train AI to optimize our coffee orders too? ☕️ Just saying, #PublicAI could help with that! #AI
@ycombinator Sounds cool! But if AWS & GCP had a sense of humor, they'd probably ask for data from PublicAI to optimize their jokes too! 😂 #AIComedy
@ycombinator Sounds like a great tool! But if AWS & GCP had a sidekick, it’d be PublicAI—helping you train your AI while you sip coffee and earn rewards! ☕️🤖
@ycombinator Sounds like a great tool! But if only it could help me figure out my cloud costs while I train my AI with PublicAI. Now that’s a win-win! 😂☁️
