Josh and I invited people over for Mia’s party at the end of the month and in a panic about people being in my house I painted all of our kitchen cabinets.

Connor has been in trouble at least 5 times this school year for punching other kids. This better be a stage because I’m completely fucking over this 🙃

Mia fit in size 6-9 month clothing for about 10 months. She’s been in size 12-18 for TWO MONTHS and she’s already outgrowing everything. And I wasted money on that size because she was in a diaper all summer. I’m dumb.

I’m stuck with no way to resolve this issue because this kids mom is either going to blow me off or yell at him in front of me. Connor’s principal is probably getting sick of me calling at this point. Plus they won’t get the message until after spring break so it seems pointless.

Connor has never had to deal with someone stealing from him before. We talked about how it was just a “thing” and that it doesn’t really matter but it still sucks to have your things taken from you. I’m really glad I got him a basketball hoop for easter before this happened.

A church donated premade easter baskets to Connor’s school and on the bus ride home on Thursday a kid opened the wrapper and stole the basketball that was in it. He told Connor that he would give it back the next day, but instead gave it to one of his friends.

I put a pair of shoes on Mia earlier that were size 0-3 months and they fit her perfectly. This is why she’s always barefoot. The tootsies are too tiny for shoes.

If someone would’ve given me a preview of all the puke I’d have to clean up before I became a mom I probably would’ve changed my mind on kids. Mia threw up on me last night and I almost tossed my cookies all over her. It smelled like yogurt and stomach acid.

Go figure this would be the first christmas in a few years where I didn’t buy Connor a bunch of books and he asked for chapter books.. after we already bought all of his presents. Am I still going to buy them? Probably.
